Project Day "In the Land of Lines"
The Line Under the Magnifying Glass
In this four-hour project, we take the line under the magnifying glass. What forms of lines are there? How does it move to music? What areas are created? How does it leave two-dimensionality?
The students learn to perceive the line without its functionality and to describe its effect. They gain first experiences in intuitive drawing of the line to music and learn the approach of Neurographics. In the second part of this project, the line leaves the paper and occupies the space.
This project is aimed at school classes in grades 1-6 and is offered free of charge by the Jugendkunstschule Neukölln.
